Hello
This is an update for the led lighting project.
The design in complete and the PCB’s are almost ready.
This is the schematic:

There are some things that can be added – status LED’s, temperature / voltage / current sensors, etc. but i’ll use this version as the prototype board. The MCU has 6 ADC’s and several IO pins available for these features.
The PCB dimensions are 50x50mm , 1mm thick 35um copper, double layer.
To reduce the cost I skipped the solder mask and silk screen.
The PCB is HAL coated – to increase solder adhesion and protect the copper.
I’ve also ordered free SMT stencils to try out working with PB-free solder paste and the hot-air gun.
This is the PCB, created by PCB POOL
